Frank’s Paving was awarded Project Mission Solar Energy, formerly known as Nexolon America in December 2013 and continuing into the summer of 2014. We are proud to be part of such an exciting and new economic development in our hometown. Construction is well under way at Brooks City-Base which has lead up to the Grand Opening of the plant on 09.22.2014. Expanding the South East side of San Antonio and creating over 400 job openings in the community, and expanding the Alamo Colleges opportunities for solar energy workforce training programs.
